Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within eight (8) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
● Gift cards
● Downloadable products
● Some health and personal care items
● Clothing apparel that has been worn

● A 10% restocking fee will be charged for all returns in excess of $20.00.
● Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
● There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
● Book with obvious signs of use
● CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
● Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
● Late or missing refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
